“I have very exacting standards. I have 40 years’ experience in residential real estate sales. I volunteered to be the president of my home owner’s association. Those three things combined is enough to make any contractor run the other direction. But DPA Contractors rose to the occasion with flying colors. The challenge was to paint 17 townhomes exteriors, most with different colors and surface combinations. Out of the 17 homes, there were about ten different combinations, making an accurate estimate somewhat laborious. As each homeowner would be charged back separately, it was critical to get the numbers right. Out of 5 companies, DPA was the only one to understand our needs. The end result was spectacular. And perfect painting has everything to do with meticulous prep, in this case as fine attention to detail as I have ever seen. It is nice to see mutual respect between company owners and their workers, an obvious component to the superb end product achieved in my community.
